This is a multi-issue appeal from the judgment of the trial court which found that a residential developer was justified in refusing to pay most of the balance due a subcontractor on two contracts for the reason that the subcontractors work was deficient. We will affirm on the ground that the record supports the trial courts various factual findings. This resolution makes unnecessary a consideration of many of the challenges to the courts legal conclusions.
